How long does a detailing service take?
Typically 7 hours, depending on vehicle condition. Extensive cleaning may sometimes take longer. We have no waiting area; please arrange transportation. - Can I leave my vehicle overnight? Yes! You're welcome to park your car in our lot overnight. Contact us to arrange parking.

How should I prepare my vehicle?
Remove personal and valuable items if you can. If unable, we’ll bag all items found and leave them in your vehicle after we've finished. -
Can stains be removed from carpets and upholstery?
Yes, with hot water extraction. Fresh spills (e.g., coffee, mud) are often removable; deep-set or dye-based stains may not be. -
Can you remove odors from the interior?
Yes, this is an add on service with a fee. We can eliminate odors (smoke, pet dander, mold) by using an ozone generator to purify the ventilation and surfaces. -
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, but don't hesitate to call if you don't see your preferred time available, we may be able to squeeze you in! -
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash (10% discount) and all major credit/debit cards. -
Will you clean my truck bed?
If the truck bed is free/clear of items and/or debris- YES! -
Will you clean the undercarriage or engine?
At this time, only wheel wells get sprayed thoroughly. Due to the electrical complexity and dangers of pressure washing inside engine bays, we do not offer this service at this time.
Additional Information
- Limitations: We are skilled detailers but not miracle workers!!! Extreme dirt, mold, pet hair, or carpet stains may limit results. Though we will try our best, we cannot guarantee a perfect finish for vehicles with extreme damage or age-worn conditions. We do not remove seat covers unless it is specified at time of drop-off.

- Gift Certificates: Available for purchase.
- Cancellations: Please give at least 12 hours notice for cancellations.
